..."everything else is a blurry mess..." it was because i was creating a depth of field with my subject matter.
the subject is in focus as you said, whom ever you are, but yes the background IS supposed to be out of focus...
just had to address this comment... |

Funny, if I gave you any of my commments, it would "give" my shot away. I sign all my comments, so it wasn't me.
