I purchased that F810 point and shoot, and 20 days later i'm so sick of point and shoot cameras lol...
i decided to sell some other belongings, and make up the difference to re-purchase a DSLR.
only this time, I didn't go back to Nikon - I took up the fantastic Konica Minolta 5D (with inbuilt image stabilisation and a cheaper price tag the the D70/s/50 or Canon 350xt!
I'll be watching out for the challenges again now, although will be a few months before i can get some extra glass, but the 18-70 kit lens will do for now :-)
again a big thank you to all those that gave support on my `leaving` thread, photography isn't just a hobby - it's a whole world full of fantastic images and people :-)
(PS: If an admin reads this - please add the 5D to the camera listings and the relative 18-70 lens please :-)
