Well, about a month ago SoCal69 and I took a trip to the Wedge in Newport Beach. Unfortunately, there were no waves!
I decided to go this past weekend and had much better luck!

Nice shots Eric! Pretty small waves for The Wedge, just shorebreak really, but you sure captured some nice action. Try getting down there when there's a big south swell.

I'll leave you some comments and I'd love to see some future shots when the waves really crank up at the Wedge. How many of us guys do you think like picture #1 the best ;) ?
