i didnt enter either and my 9yo(jessica) has decided to skip yet another challenge due to the amount of entrys this time. she wanted to enter the nude challenge but i had to explain the whole "your not a member but a registered user" thing. she says shes gonna do the next challenge no matter what it is.
I love to watch my girls creativity bloom, I just wish it would bloom a little more often :o)

I saw something in a magazine the other day that would've made for a magnificent shoe entry... but I didn't quite have the resources to pull of my own version, nor did I feel too comfortable about making something very similar.

My entry is very pleasing to me. I thought I was my toughest critic until DPC. :)

I'm thinking the same thing. I like the concept of my picture, but technically it is just not there (partially for reasons out of my control). I know it's not going to place, but I'm still curious to see what others think. :/

well your work is usually great, so its ok for one screw up. just dont make it a habit like some of us.

My real reward will be seeing faces (virtually anyway) after the challenge is over when my comments section will be viewable.

| I showed my entry to my son( 21yrs old) he said he wasn't sure what he was looking at--isn't that encouraging? Actually he did notice one of the key elements in it and recognised it and that was the one thing I was worried people wouldn't get, so I am ok with it now, because I think most people will understand the concept better than he would. |
