Why is it that Canon produces a wireless remote for the 300D and 350D but none for the 20D?
I've always had a hard time doing self portraits since it's hard to prefocus and run like hell to the spot. I miss my old 300D :(
Does any one have or know a good substitute for e wireless remote? I have the wired remote BTW. Thanks. |

Canon does make a wireless remote for the 20D, the LC-5. Here's ana rticle about it: LC-5 Wireless Remote
It's expensive as hell, though, around 450 dollars. I see some thrid-party wireless remotes on e-bay in the 250 range but I have no idea how well they work.
Robt.

Well, this one's REALLY sophisticated... Read up on it... Anyway do some googling and research; there are alternatives out there, I just can't vouch for any of them.

I can't find any of the threads now, but there was a guy that was selling one of the alternatives here a while back. I was under the impression several people bought them.
