I am sending a cd of images to a publisher for possible inclusion in a "art book"
How should I phrase the © notice to be printed on the CD?
Just wondering if there is a "accepted" form

Have you registered them?
I believe that "copyright 2005 The name you registered them under" is an acceptable formatting.
