Hookstown Fair 2005
I did not take as many as I thought I might. here are a few of the motocross practice, baby-bottle drinking on horseback 'contest', one of the pigs in the 'beauty' contest, a midway shot and one of my kids in the olde school. We had a good time, but going to the fair is NOT cheap! At least the weather was good this year.
If you have a chance to go to a fair, do so - LOTS of things to shoot. Best if you don't take the kids, as they are major photography distractions!

| Our fair starts on the first. I'm working for the Fire Department all week long, so I'll be going free. The first day is free for kids, so I'll take my midget that day. Along with a lot of pictures. |

I noticed form this past summer i took lots of pics - not many with my kids at the events we went to, but lots of the events (vacation in detroit, the Fair, an airshow...must be other things too). NO pictures of me...
THere is another fair next week. free admin, but rides cost extra. I have to work and start back to school. I wanted to go friday night - the tractor pulls -my sone would have loved it- but i have to work. oh well, can't do everything!
I wished the pig pics would have been better -a girl from our church had a pig entered, and her mom is the JCPenney photographer. Not into photography for fun i suppose as i never see her with a camera.

| Our County Fair has a photography entry for Fair Photos. Consider saving some of your best near snap-shot photos for entry next year. |
