to change the color of select parts of an image?
Like could I change the color of someones hair, shirt, eyes etc...?

| I dont this so. What would be the difference between that and selective desaturation? Not 100% sure but 98% at least. Look in the rules. |

Selective Desat is legal in Advanced.
