Some pictures I took yesterday at a local Jet Rally
These are Radio Controlled Jets that cost anywhere from $5,000-$15,000.
They are really cool:) Sound and look like full size jets.
The last yellow one was extremely fast. He told me he was flying around 190mph at the time of this picture. He was about 1 foot off the ground. I was lucky to get the shot.
Comments on improving the pictures are welcome.

Very cool shots... I probably wouldn't have thought twice about them had you not mentioned that they were models!
This must have been THE weekend for this kind of thing. I attended a picnic with my uncle's local model rocketry group today, and as a result I have a lot of pictures that look just like this:
There were a couple guys there with model airplanes, one of which met quite the demise as its wing broke off about 100' up. It wasn't pretty. My own model plane has become the Amazing Flying Piece of Velcro thanks to similar experiences... |
