Being part of the macro mentorship has exposed me to images that i never really thought about before. There are closeup images and there are macro images. I'm starting to really like this stuff. Now if I can only do macro photography like Jacko and the rest of you gurus out there, I'd be set :)



This are flowers that I took from our office reception area. I'm not quite sure what they're called so if someone knows, please do tell. I like the last image the best :) Thanks ya'll :)

So the big question is .... what camera and what lens did you use. It would be great to post that info with each phots. GREAT WORK!

I found it! The flower is called a Proteaceae (yeah good luck pronouncing it). The common names is a Pincushion, Bobbejaanklou or a Luisiesboom.
