I uploaded a 1:2 ratio file, because I want to buy a print for myself. I want a 12x24 print. When I uploaded it, it said that the ratio was right, and I would be reviewed for that size for selling. However, when I am in the section for buying my own prints (where I don't have to be approved at all, of course), 12x24 is not a choice. What's the deal? |

I had the same problem . .Here is the response I got:
Because of the way panoramics are billed to us, we can only currently offer them through the public-selling interface. The easy way to order your own panoramics is to temporarily lower the selling price of your print to buy it and then raise it back to its original value. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Another solution is to order the next-largest size from your private print gallery and request no cropping -- you'll just get it with white borders you can trim off.
You can also prepare a special version for yourself which has two images ganged-up on one file in one of the standard sizes. |
