I didn't expect 2nd place at all. Thanks for all your comments and votes, high and low.
Had no real chance to react sooner because I was staying at my aunt in the Jordaan in Amsterdam to visit the Sail event. 21 tall ships, several smaller and more modern vessels and numerous private boats come to Amsterdam for a five day marine festival. It's great, especially at night. Music, food, ships, fireworks, people.
Wished I had stayed a little longer but tomorrow there's a boat waiting for me in Volendam to take me there again. :)
Here are some shots from the Amerigo Vespucci from last night, I have only processed two thusfar and didn't pay a lot of attention to the processing. Both are shot with the Sigma 30mm f/1.4 late in the evening, handheld. Precisely what I got it for.
 
There's 21 of those, some bigger, some smaller. Only had time to visit five of them....
