My new D70s is much larger than the old Coolpix 8700, so I need a new camera bag. I remember seeing some that were the one-strap-backpack style and I think I like that because it doesn't seem too much like a camera bag. Does anybody have any recomendations on brands or where to get them at a good price?

Thanks.

That's kinda what I'm looking for, but I saw something in a different forum that looked more like a backpack than a camera bag.

I've got a Rover Plus AW which is a backpack with a camera bag on the bottom. You can also remove the little seperator from the top and bottom and use it just as a backpack.

Crumpler bags look like regular backpacks.

I too bought a Rover Plus AW when I upgraded from a Canon Elph to a 20D. I've been very happy with the Rover Plus -- it's snug and very comfortable, and it's easy to get the camera out when that perfect shot appears before you.

He's not a very gentle guy.

I bought a regular backpack and made an interrior to fit my gear, total cost $20. (bag was $11 on clearance). There are a couple of ways of making the interior.

lots of companies make backpacks, in many sizes, from $80 or so up to $250. lowepro, tamrac, crumpler and even canon, among others. go to //www.bhphoto.com and search.
