Would be nice to see something on the home page (left side maybe) that says "You have received x new comments." That would link to a list like the page listing images and comments in a users profile (mine: //www.dpchallenge.com/comment_browse.php?USER_ID=28742&TYPE=recd). Each time you viewed an image the "comments not seen" number would be reset and would start counting again when people left comments.
I just clicked on that tonight and went through and found I had not noticed I had a bunch of comments I hadn't seen. |

| That would be really good. Sometimes I stumble across a comment weeks later... |

That is indeed a great idea Ken... I wonder just how difficult it would be to implement

I would like it if you could also set a preference to omit comments made on photos still in the voting phase of a challenge.
But other than that, it's a great idea, as I'me sure there's the occasional comment made on an old photo which I never see. |
