I just downloaded this yesterday and I'm playing around with it a little. I like the nice smooth effect it has removing noise in your pictures, but I've also noticed a HUGE effect it has on the colors of the picture. The "after" photo seems to have a very noticable blushish or yellowish tint to it.
Anyone else noticed this? Does anyone use Neatimage regularly? How do you like it? |

I use neat image quite a lot. I try to avoid using it on pictures where I want to have loads of texture, because it will think that the texture is noise. I like to use it on solid objects. I'm not sure about the bluish/yellowish tint...
I use neatimage only if I think it will enhance my photo, which sometimes it does. I put my fire engine sign through it, and it helped it a lot. it's a lot of guess and try with it, but when it works, it's awesome.

i never noticed it changing my tint but then again im pretty careful when i sample the noise in the beginning to try to only hit areas that are flat color .... maybe if you're more liberal about where you sample it has more extreme effects. . . i'll try it and get back to you ......
