In the Illusions I have 507 views but only 272 votes with 20 comments.
I have never had such a large gap between votes/views. Any ideas why this is ?

People who've already voted may look again to reconsider, or people may look at a photo a few times before deciding how to vote.

I've heard...heard, now, I don't know for sure...that having a good view to vote ratio (where views are at least 2x that of the votes) means that you have something very interesting or compelling about your shot. It can't be a bad thing to have a lot of views. I think the more someone sees your work, the more familiar with it they become and the more likely they are to give you a decent score.

Also, if you have nudity in your shot, your views sky-rocket :)

Well I don't have nudity but my illusions picture is getting plenty of views.

I think it may have something to do with a lower amount of entries. Voters are having more time to go back and review the entries and adjust there vote if necessary.

PLUS it's an interesting challenge to look at.

maybe the smaller entry count has a bit to do with it as well, I'm not complaining although a few 10s wouldn't go amiss.LOL!!

i know i look at as many as i can in the members area because of the teqniques used. and i'm just regestered so i can't vote. I'm joining really soon though~!

its because so many users are looking and can not vote, I noticed it in the past few member challeges.
