my mother in law found this precious little kitty abandon. It was near a dumpster and she asked a little kid riding his bike near by if it was his and he said no, but some man tried to give it to him earlier. the little boy said he could not have a cat.

So my wife and I are kitty sitting for a few days until the vet has space for him. This vet keeps animals until they are adopted. I really wish we could keep him, but when we introduced him to my wifes 3 other cats, things did not go well so we wont be able to keep him.

What a little cutie!! Hopefully won't be too long till he's in a new home bringing someone a lot of joy.

I won't get into what I think of dumping of animals, I work at an spca. Sometimes there's an angel, like your mother-in-law who finds them and brings them to safety.

Hope he finds a home real soon! After a little nurturing and cleanup he will look so much cuter :) I'm sure..

I want him to stay here, but the other 3 cats and my wife dont agree. They are too old to be disrupted (the cats). We are nursing 2 of the cats back to good health now and we dont want them to sink futher.

the 3 cats my wife has had for 17 years all were "rescued". Tigger was bottle fed by my wife and was only a week old when she found him abandon. Spooky was a little older and eating on his own, but he was abandon an covered in tree sap and tar. Danny was found in the back pack of a studend of my mother in law. the little boy brough her to school because he said his older brother was going to kill it. So my mother in law offered to give him a loving home.

So we will make sure this little kitty finds a loving home.

here are our 3 cats

Aw! he really is cute :-)
We have similar cat tails: our two boys, Rusty and Smokey were about a week old when we found them in the bushes across our house during a rainstorm. And our girl, Nani...well, she was dumped here by our loving neighbor who couldn't stand her whining (can't really blame her that much, tho)

ok here is an update on little butters.

the wife and I decided this morning we are going to keep butters. Today was going to be the day we took him to the vet to be put up for adoption. But during the last week or so he has just really grown on us and we cant let him go to another home.

so I have a new model to train
