I have a small problem tha I want someone to fix for me.

Few days ago then brother of my father died and the first thing that people noticed was that there was no good picture of him that was big enough to have in a frame but we found one picture where he was with other people so his head is just like on a passport.
What we want to do is to make that picture bigger, up to 13x18 cm.

After the scanning the photo I notice all the dirt and things I like to be removed from the photo so I am looking for someone to clean that photo for me and my family.
If you are good at these things then contact me and name me the price.

I don't know if I'm the person, but I've seen two or three threads recently about retouching/repairing photos ...

This will bump up this thread so maybe one of those folks will see it.
