I've seen several entries that look like they had text added in.

I've looked and looked and can't find any "extra" rules beyond the standard "advanced" ones. Did I miss something? Are these entries valid? I certainly don't want to mistakenly vote something down. A couple of them are quite good.

According to SC, we still need to vote eventhough it could be potentially DQed. In as much as these images are concerned, I think we'll all be happy if we didn't discuss this on a thread... kinda unfair to those people.

My two cents :)

Vote as normal but request a validation if you think they are in breach of the rules.

Edit : I think it is actually called a request for DQ

I hope not. I was trying to BE fair by making sure I hadn't missed an "extra" rule (the advanced rules state that "extra" rules can over-rule any normal rules).

In any case, I'll assume the SC will catch any problems and vote according to how I like the image, not whether or not I think it may be qualified.

There are many legal ways to introduce text into an image. However, as was mentioned, please vote as if it is completely legal and then request DQ/validation if you suspect the rules have been broken.
