i don't really see what you've done with this photo? maybe explain the steps to us.

Looks like it was taken right from the camera? Maybe you should also post the "before" picture.

Do you think it's better not cropped? There was some shadow on the bottom, and rocks on the right side. They were distracting. Once I cropped that out, it didn't look right, so I cropped some off the left side. Was that not a correct place to crop it? I wanted more sky, and less grass that you can see the tire marks from golf carts.

I think the only place the tire marks are any bit significant is the lower side towards the right and those can be cloned. I don't think the rocks are too big a deal, but you may try cloning them out as well. I think the added grass is beneficial to the photo - I'm not a big fan of the version with just the treeline.
