Photos from my first real day of DSLR shooting! I only had the 18-55 and the 100mm f2.8 Macro lens with me. As expected, I didn’t like the 18-55 but I loved the 100mm f2.8. All these were with the 100mm.









I wonder how this would have done in the recent Macro challenge?

These pictures are gorgeous... your africanized bee would have gotten an 8 from me ... I would have liked to see a tiny bit more of the bee.

You need to update your profile to show you have a rebel now :)

My favorite is the macro of the bee - all of them look great though. You and the Rebel work well together. :-)

For the bee I was going for a very shallow DOF as that is my homework this month.
