LOL, I've seen the escalator one before. For some strange reason, this reminds me of something that happened to me at work the other day.
I just started at a new job, and I'm unused to the layout of my new building. I got a call from our PC supplier telling me our six laserjet printers have arrived, and would I like to come pick them up? Sure, I say.
I go pick these printers up in the truck and, dang, they weigh 85 pounds EACH!! By the time I finished carrying all six of them up to my second floor office space, I was COMPLETELY winded.
So I'm sitting there catching my breath, when my new co-worker wanders in. "Dood!", I say, "How come you couldn't have been here 15 minutes ago... I just got thru humping these damn heavy things up the stairs... I could have used your help!"
His reply: "Uhh... why didn't you use the elevator??"
We have an elevator?
DOH!!
