Hey, I was reading in a magazine today at Giant Eagle...It had some news on the 350...It said that everyone should upgrade their firmware if they haven't already. It fixes some exposure problem that may occur with certain lenses or something -- I didn't pay too much attention, but thought I'd tell you all incase you missed it.

Most firmware can be uploaded to the media that the camera uses and inputed that way. I assume it would be the same in this case.

You need to click this link to download the flash upgrade. Then follow the instructions to the letter.

P.S. By the way, the actual DOWNLOAD button is on the BOTTOM of the instructions link I just provided.

I read an article about a week ago pertaining to the upgrade. The same as you I didn't read it fully but I do remember it saying if you are not having an exposure problem you may want to consider not doing the upgrade. Something about the upgrade was 97% or so successful but there was a 3% +/- chance that the upgrade can cause problems in other camera functions causing it to have to be serviced. There was to be a fix (new upgrade) coming out to fix that problem.

So I haven't do the upgrade as of yet. Can't remember where I read the article or how accurate the article may be.
