website for Lens reviews. I want to review a Tamron lens before purchasing it. Thanks for any help in advance.

have you tried visiting DPReview.com ? They have both reviews done by them, and also an extensive forum that should be able to help you.

You can also do an equipment search on DPC, see who has the lens in question, and then PM them asking what they like or dislike about the lens.

I like popular photography's site. They use a test called SQF to give grades to the optical image at various aperatures and focal lengths for different sized prints. Very helpful if you are willing to trust their methodology. Bob Atkins and Photo.net also have lens tests where 100% crops are shown, often with competing lens for comparison. DP review and Fred Miranda's sites mostly give personal accounts with very little if any controlled testing, since they are a forum.
