| I'm totally new to this...I dont even know what I dont know...:-)..I've got this photo I wanna submit but its too big. I gotta have the entire photo though. I have GIMP....how do I make it fit into the 150k requirement? |

I'm also learning to use GIMP, looks promising. However, for saving and resizing (file size reducing) I use Irfanview (freeware). When saving for JPEG it allows control of JPEG compression (or quality) so usually when I save to 90% the file size would be just right for a 640x480 photo.
