Here some pictures that I have been working on. I will be printing these pictures to enter in the local fair. The originals are all large enough to print 8x10's. I have resized to DPC size, but I did not apply in USM after I resized them. Thanks for any input at all. I really want to make the best print possible. Thanks

Hi Jeremy - the flower photo looks a strange colour and looks a bit out of focus to me.
This photo has potential. I dont find the others very interesting, but thats just me!

I have only applied contrast and a little USM. With a bit more work I belive it would make a good photo.

Mike

Thanks mike, for your opinion. I really like the picture you picked as well. Mine doesn't seem to get the kick that your edit does. I tried add some contrast and USM, but it always seems to make the greens look less real.

as mentioned the flower looks a little weird and is the water really that weird green with the duckies? Not sure how well that will go over. Any chance of a color correction or saturation adjust? Just my opinion, I the the rest look really nice.

Good luck at the fair.

I've been tweeking the water. I had bluer and thought it was to blue, so I backed it off. Thanks for your opinion. The flower looks better printed for some reason. My friends that have looked at the flower really like it! I'm not to sure, but I trust my friends eye better than my own. My favorite is the waterfall and the sunset!

One thing to keep in mind is a level horizon (unless you're going for something funky). A few of these image have slightly tilted horizons so I assume you meant to have them level. (waterfall for one is quite obviously out of kilter)

For the evening crowd. Does anyone have any ideas for me. I am open to any. I will be printing this in the next couple of days. I may change the flower picture out with a picture of a yellow lilly. Any help would be very appreciated. Thanks
