When I heard of the lunar eclipse I wanted to try to get some shots. It was my first time to try a shot of the moon so I had to gather up some equipment.
I had an old pair of binoculars and some old lenses from a copier. I taped them together with the aid of a cardboard center from a toilet paper roll to get the focal length just right. I taped all of this to the front of my E-10 and this is what I got.

Looks a mite oversharpened there...
Seriously, if you want a super-rigid cardboard tube, 2-inch ID and 13 or 26 inches long, let me know... |

Hey, thanks for the offer. I have a chunk of 2" PVC pipe that I have adapted a few concoctions together with. I've come to the conclusion that money is the only thing that will work. |

What I want to know is where you got the step-ladder from?

I actually had loaned my ladder out or it would have even been better. |
