didn't vote but the title was too short to be a brown ribbon, at least per the brown ribbon guide.

The problem with the small size (even though I didn't vote) is that I would have assumed it was a newbie, and I would have given a 4 or so just as a gesture.

Maybe if you had converted this to B&W? ;)

Yep, definitely the title. A longer title may have helped push this photo over (under?) the edge. Also, a blurry chicken bone or something may have really helped :-)

Oh, my my my. Fetor, sorry you didn't win the brown, man. This is good for so many laughs. When I first saw it I thought "This HAS to be intentional" but I didn't want to say so in comments (same fear you might get about asking "When are you due?" only to find out she's not even pregnant)!!

Someone gave it a 9?? ...a 9???

I took a picture of an elephant's butt as well as a giraffe's. They're for my coffee table book project "Animal Butts" (working Title). LOL

Maybe you can get a PBS series out of the project, something like Postcards From Buttster ....
