Fashion is certainly a branch of our avocation that is worthy of it's own challenge. I'd like to see some details that limit it a little so it approaches the kind of shots you see in the fashion magazines, and not just any old interpretation. Advanced editing would result in more realistic shots.

Advanced editing is a must for it to get the full 100% effect of fashion photography. But really, theres so much to consider when doing fashion. Lighting is a main concern, as well as What type of "fashion" you will be conducting.
I think perhaps a "magazine fashion" concept would work better than leaving it open to any kind?
