we need some more almost impossible challenges (like april fools) so voting will not be so overwhelming since most will be overwhelmed by the challenge and sit out.
My suggestion:
a self portrait, with all but one colour channel desaturated, including a pez despensor, at least one shoe with a heel higher than 1 inch and a piece of fruit of your choice
suggest a wildly overwhelming challenge idea here
edit: brain fart - though brain fart would be a good topic for a challenge!!

Not sure if I could meet that one you propose. I try not to let any of my friends see me when I wearing my high heels.
But I like your thinking on how to deal with the larger fields that so many people complain about. Tougher topics always result in smaller fields without creating all the hard feelings and whineing.
I salute you for having such a positive approach.

How about 'Self-Portraits of people named Brian Hendricks and live in Los Angeles, CA'? I might participate in that one... if I find the time ;)

Okay, here is my suggestion:
Partial nudity (and ONLY partial) in a group of 3 or more people, of which at least 2 must be of the same sex. The background must be either blue, red or yellow, and there must be at least 2 blatantly obvious compositional tools in use (example-leading lines and rule of thirds). The title must consist of 6 words, no more, no less! And bonus points for the inclusion of any barnyard animals in the image. Have fun and be creative.
