There are already 578 entries to the "texture" challenge. Do you think this one will beat the old record? I see 636 as the highest number of submissions to a single challenge. This was on the B&W challenge back in November 2004.
I know there has been alot of discussion regarding this issue. Where do you draw the line as far as submitting your picture to a saturated challenge? |

Mine is the only one that really matters. Its the macro with lots of texture. < Wink >
Yeah, its all downhill from here. Roll in the 8's 9's and 10's and wait for the upcoming and deserving ribbon.
Smug and confident. : )

hmmmm, looks like we might come close... still 45 minutes of quality shooting time left.
Random question but is the record the black and white II challenge with 636? Scanned quickly through and didnt find one with more...

Yeah, baby! Let's get this kicked off! I have a great photo! I'm fully expecting to finally break 6...
For the first 5 minutes...
Then I'll do a lovely swan dive down to 5 as voters get tired of clicking!! |

Yes, but where is the second member challenge this week?
I have decided not to enter texture II; I had some nice shots but even the best of them would be lost in 600 entries.
I wish you all good luck! |

Just vote on the same number of photos you usually do and don't worry about it--it will all be fine.
Salvarsan was formula number 606 tried by Paul Erlich, and was the first effective antimicrobial or the first "magic bullet." |
