Is a statuet(i guess this is spelled wrong) consider use of existing artwork?

| I don't think I've seen a statue considered existing artwork yet. It's pretty hard to photograph it without light or dimension affecting it somehow. |

I took this some time ago for the monuments challenge
so I guess they are ok

But being that a monument challenge wouldn't they close there eyes on that case?

| In previous threads, SC have mentioned that using existing artwork is fine, as long as you are taking your own artistic "angle" and not simply photographic it "as is". |
