Okay...I played around today with plain subjects. How did I do on composition and everything on this picture. I liked it, but would like some comments. I think I'm improving my photographers eye as I go, just wanted to check and see.

well it IS kinda boring. Not much to say though. Not sure of the effect you were trying to get. The rippled reflection have a peaceful feel. I can imagine being out there laying back in a small row boat relaxing.

Zoom in on the reeds/reflection or on the branch in the water.
