I see that challenge didn't get replaced with a new one. I really wish it would have, it takes the pressure off the 500+ entries in open challenge. I hoped this idea is revisited and the challenge starts to appear on the regular schedule.

IMO, it wasn't the additional challenge that made most of the impact in dropping the number of entries, it was most likely just the combination of the holiday in the US, and the challenge topics not being as popular as the previous week.

I'm sure the holiday here in the US had a big impact, but over time IMO most members wouldn't offer up 3 entries a week.

I thought it had to do with having three challenges, myself. I couldn't believe it when another one didn't pop up. I mean you have a site full of members complaining about something, finally, something is done to fix it -- everyone is happy -- then, welp, back to normal again for us. BOOO~!!!

| yeah I was disappointed too reallly. I thought it was a great way to solicit membership too, having 2 memeber challenges & 1 open... |

I never thought it was going to be a permanent feature. I just thought it was a 1-off?

I realize that -- but it fixes a problem that the entire site has been complaining about. I see no problems with having 3 challenges running at any given time. If you think otherwise, you are in the minority. Please share your opinion.

| Maybe it was intended as a one time deal..but I think it would be a great addition to this site. I would love to have more choice when it comes to picking a challenge that appeals to me. Avoiding looking at 500+ shots, or simply voting on a small percent doesn't hurt either. |
