i know the computations are updated twice a week, but in the past, the aggregates (total comments, total helpful, total received) were updated in real time.
now, it appears that only helpful and received are updating in real time.
has anyone else noticed this? can a SC check it out?

It happened quite a while ago. I can't remember exactly when. I think it was to solve some server slowdown issues though I could be wrong about the reason.

Yeh it was done when the profile pages were updated. The new pages are more of a strain on the database due to the sorting, thumbnails, portfolio listings, and customizable portfolio images. Therefore something else had to go to make it viable.
