The light is a tad harsh...a polarizer could have helped. A monopod would also ensure sharper images...she is not using proper long-lens holding technique. :P

Excellent image showing proper "form" for stabilizing long lens hand-held. Note bracing of left elbow against body, arched back. A slightly wider stance would be even better... Now, if she could learn to shoot with both eyes open, she'd be world-class.
Can you tell I'm almost 60 years old?

You forgot to mention that BOTH elbows should be bracing against her body... |

You forgot to mention that BOTH elbows should be bracing against her body... |
Nawp... If youi brace BOTH elbows you get MORE shake with a lens that long. Right elbow is like a flying counterweight, stabilizes the whole thing....

VERY NICE EQUIPMENT!!!!!!!! If I had one of those I would be very happy! I would hold her lens anytime. |
