First of all I want to thank everyone for the votes and nice comments on "Bath Time Reflections" last week. I am proud of the shot but was a bit surprised that it finished as high as it did.
A number of people asked me how I got the reflection on the faucet and I just finished adding that shot to my website so I thought I would post it here.
Outtakes and Explanations for my Reflections Photo
I hope you enjoy it. Feel free to take a stroll around the site. |

Great explanation... thanks for sharing it! By the way, I think your shot of the little boy with the umbrella would have fared very well, too. |

Superb page - I like seeing how your ideas changed and developed through the week and also how you came to choose the exact shot you submitted.
Very useful and interesting.
PS I like the shot of your son in the rain and the way the reflection is dulled but visible in the rain. I think if it were possible to angle it so that the entire background was the same black tarmac and the only colour came from your son, his brolly and the reflection, it might be stronger.
