I don't have PhotoShop and I want to know how I can shrink a picture without using PhotoShop. How does everyone else do it? We can only have like 150 kb or something for challenges

| if you have windows xp, google for "windows xp power toys" and download something called picture resizer. it'll add a "resize pictures" option to your right click menu. |

| or even better, google for "paint .net" and install it. its a free, toned down photoshop alternative built on .NET framework |

Seriously, people. GIMP (The image editing program) is the way to go. Been using it for years. Awesome.

| yeh i'd recommend gimp too. i just didn't know they made it for windows now. |

But remember, you need to resize it to 150 kb limit and keep your largest dimension at 640px.
