There are two that I know of, but the distributed by Hoodman is the more popular. There are some major inconviences with the grips if the vertical shutter is important. You have to have a little wire with a senor put of the IR sensor so the button will work. As you are probably aware the normal shutter button doesn't work when you select the IR release, so you will be stuck having to select thru the top lcd which one to use. Also the IR recieving mode uses more battery power when on so your batteries will drain faster. You do get to carry 2 batteries in camera, but at over 2000 exposures per battery charge that's not a big plus. |

I think the IR connection prevents you from half pressing the shutter release to focus then recompose, etc. So all you can do is focus and shoot at the same time.
