strong Macro capabilities of our cameras:

To Bradp: Yeah, and how about that guy that left a comment on your picture stating:

"You obviously have the skills and equipment to get a good macro shot, so maybe you were just having fun with this one."

Okay, so you partially had me fooled. I still mean this part:

"I look forward to seeing more captivating macros from you in the future!"

But I guess he was right in a way, Brad's still got his E-10... But he's too afraid to use it. >:-)

I tried out using a magnifying glass, it worked pretty swell.

It tricked me a bit, but I thought you just shot it through a microscope. I shoot my coolpix through my spotting scope all the time, so it could be possible.

Made me think for a few seconds, then I realized that in order to get that resolution you'd need an SEM, an optical microscope won't cut it. So it had to be "surrogate" blood cells. Very well done!
