I downloaded the demo of Neat imagethat people have been raving about.

Here`s a 15 sec night shot i took which has loads of noise. The clouds were moving very quick that night.
Before

After

I was quite impressed. And this is without reading the instructions.

Good start. I only found out about Neat Image when I joined DPChallenge! Had a demo for several months, recently bought a Pro version- it allows me to batch the whole lot of files taken at the same time. A tip - try consciously to take at least one picture in a batch (taken with same ISO settings, on the same day, under the same lighting conditions) which have a plain area without detail and base your custom profile on it.

I have a pretty good 602 noise profile (for ISO160), if you're interested marbo - there didn't seem to be any profiles anywhere on the site when I downloaded.

That goes for the rest of the 602 club too. PM me with an e-mail address, anyone who's interested, and I'll send it.
