Yesterday I when to a concert at a motard concentration to do some photos to my friend band and for a motard magazine.

One of the guys of the organization that was a bit drunk liked me and introduced me to the strippers that where representing after the concert. It was a bit embaracing to me but they where very friendly and they posed for me. with and withought close. And I don't even asked for it! There are some blessed days. I was doing it for free for my friend. I gess that was my payment. But serious know...

They where in a bad location and I had to manage the poor conditions of the site. So the girls came out allright (not excellent I must add) but the background is terrible. In the following photo what I did was selecting the girls, copy them to a new layer and dessaturate the background and aplied zoom blur on it to get the seen effect. Not a good photo though.

But I like some of the expressions on some photos so I was thinking: is there a site or anything else with photos of background to use? I know that some sites have high resolution ones ( very expensive too!).

Any suggestions or comments on the photo?
Edit: Added missing photo

First of all...don't see any photo to comment on or a link to one either. Second, why pay for a background? Shoot one.

A WORD TO THE WISE:

Do not click the link -- the girls look much better in the SMALL thumbnail version. I repeat do not click the link.

No, in all seriousness (and I'm assuming you would not take offense to what was said above -- they are only strippers -- and it's meant as a joke -- well, partly a joke ... but anyway), this is a method I usually find works.

Duplicate your layer, extract your subject, now go over it to make sure you got it extracted good with the history brush and the eraser as well, and then just blur the background. You may have to clone out the edges of them in your background layer or they will look like they're glowing (obviously these two ... ahh nevermind that but anyway...). Good luck.

Other than that, just find a nice background. Seriously, brick walls are nice, garage door even. Whatever floats your fancy (not going there). Just make sure that whatever you use for a background, you shoot from the same angle, the distance you want, and the same focal length (18mm for example or 70mm, etc).

good luck.

They do look kind of old and ragged out. I am not sure if I would even worry about a different background. It won't help.
