| what do the flag icon and other icons represent? the new independence challenge has a flag. |

Special rules. In this case, only basic editing is allowed.

anytime you see a flag, it usually means that there is soemthing "different" in the rules. In this case, the member's challenge must adhere to the basic ruleset. In other challenges, it has meant other things.
I think in the FAQ or under help there is a section that explains hte different icons.
