| Where I live, on the NY/PA border, they're just passing. 60 miles north of hear they're out full along the roadsides. In DC? Dunno. |

I've seen many in bloom here in Michigan, they're tasty too...

They're still blooming down here, and they will be for most of the summer - the warm weather encourages re-blooming.
And Jewellian's right. THey are tasty. Kind of like peppery lettuce. They're good in salads, but make sure the ones you eat haven't been chemically treated!

I had some this past weekend as pat of my breakfast... the ones I had were more sweet than peppery, but that may have been the whipped cream and raspberries in it... :)
