Help I was given a Concord Q 4042 AF 3.1 Megapixels 4 x Zoon Digital from the USA. The manual came to sudden demise...wind on lake...anyway I am living in Canada and wonder if someone has a old manual for this camera that they could sell me so as I can use my camera.

Most manufacturers post their manuals in PDF format for download -- I'd try and track it down that way.
Maybe start with the listing at dpreview.com ?

Unfortunately concord camera doesn't have the camera listed in their support manuals but here is the link:
