my macro photo was my first submission to this great site, even though my scores only average a 4.3 at the moment, its great to know there even geting rated. and i would love all coments becase thats the only way to get better is negative and good critique,

Good luck Troy... there is lots to learn on here, and lots to forget..just submit what you love and don't go nuts doing the update button. : )

but, even though i just mentioned in another thread, i'll throw it in here, as well: the comments you get are not going to be what makes you better--it's the comments you GIVE. by taking the time to really look at other's works, study them, and then articulate a comment on them, you will learn what works and what doesn't. but, if you simply sit around waiting for the comments to come to you, well, i just don't think that really works...

so, don't just sit there, dive in, start voting, and commenting!!! if you're worried about not being 'good enough' don't worry about it. just put a bag over your head. really, we're all learning here. have fun, shoot, submit, vote, comment, share!!!
