DOES THIS RULE MEAN YOU CANT USE DODGING AND BURNING AT ALL FOR THE OPEN CHALLENGES.
Spot-Editing: Absolutely no spot-editing is allowed. This includes, but is not limited to drawing tools, dodging/burning tools, and cloning tools. Additionally, the use of any type of selection tool is prohibited except to select a non-feathered, non-anti-aliased rectangular area for cropping. |

no dodging, no burning, no cloning, no heal brush.
But you can run arounf in circles yelping if you like.

You should be allowed to clone out dust specks.
edit: think about it...a dust speck can be like a fingerprint...an identifying characteristic of one's camera. If it's about anonymity, you should be allowed to clone them out. I know it's been discussed, but there's a new view.
