Vintage Base Ball - DPChallenge Forums

In celebration of Canada Day, our hometown hosted a vintage baseball game according to 1860's rules and attire. Our hometown Woodstock Actives vs. The Great Black Swamp Frogs of Sylvania, Ohio (our sister city).

My faves include the 9392, 9409, 9269 and 9410. You've done a good job of capturing the action as well as the high level of concentration upon the batters faces. I would have also have liked to have seen 9480 in B/W. Maybe also you could try applying a sepia tone to some of the images to give them a vintage feel.

what is Canada Day? like our July 4th Independence Day?

Also, I like the images but would like to see more sepia toning. : )

Sort of, but on July 1st. It actually celebrates the creation of the "Dominion of Canada" which united us into a Federation (rather than seperate British territories), rather than independance.

I like the B&W ones.....kinda gives an old feel to it with the old style uniforms and the b&w......good work.
