what i wanted to do was, without setting up any "faux" trash, shoot something with an identifiable Disney logo, or something next to something Disney --- just to convey the idea of "dirty/clean" or "REALLY out-of-place" trash

so i went over to Downtown Disney, the newest complex of theaters/stores/restaurants that feeds into the entrance for Disneyland and California Adventure, and walked around for an hour

I saw exactly ONE cigarette butt

i shoulda snapped one of the 6 white-suited sweepers whom i saw zipping around while i hunted - i'm sure there were lots more of them; they're real sneaky ...

Say what you will against the Mouse, that's one of the reasons I, personally, am a fan of the Disney franchise. I remembered hearing/reading a stat once upon a time about the average time a piece of litter lasted on the ground in a Disney park before being swept up by a member of the custodial staff. For some reason, even the 3 minutes my memory is dredging up seems far too long.

In fact, I'm looking forward to a trip to the first people trap operated by a mouse a week from today. Yippee!!!
