and I need a different camera. I love my camera, but it's just too big to be taking everywhere with me as I will be doing a lot of hiking and camping. I've really got it narrowed down to two P&S cameras; Sony P-150 and Canon SD400. If you have any suggestions on these two, or can recommend a different camera (you sure helped me when I was getting a laptop)....I really like the SD400, but the P-150 has more manual controls..
Thanks,
Kevin

In all honesty, if you want something you can throw in your pocket, and I don't know what's out that is like it now...but look at Sony's line of little cams. My girlfriend and I bought a DSC-P52 a while ago and I still take it out and shoot with it from time to time -- just because it fits in my pocket or glove box...and works off AA batteries. That will DEFINATELY be a big plus if you're traveling. No need to worry about wall outlets not compatable with those here in the US no matter where you travel...just take a couple extra AA batteries.

I'm going to be in Brisbane on Aug. 3.....it would have been awesome though, I've never done a group photo shoot. |

I have shot with a Sony p/s before. They are a good size and are easy to use. Here are few shot from the last time I used it.
